Our emphasis is on providing the customer with sufficient information on which to base their decision, we never try to pressure sell or offer free gifts that aren't really free at all!

Obviously you are welcome to come and browse through our showroom at your leisure, enjoy a coffee, and take a look at the many ranges and products that are available. Children of all ages are most welcome. Alternatively, we can book you in a dedicated time for one of our designers to meet you, either at our showroom or at your home.

If you elect to have a designer come to your home the initial visit normally takes about one hour. During this time the designer will ask what you are wishing to achieve in the room and find out what ideas you may have, if any, about the design. They will measure the room and may discuss particular aspects of potential designs to try to get a feel for your specific need and tastes. The designer would normally then arrange a second meeting for a future date allowing them time to complete the design and cost out the kitchen.

At the second visit the designer will talk in detail about the design and cost. Hopefully both these requirements will be satisfied, but if necessary we can review the design as many times as necessary. Sample doors can be loaned to you to ensure you are happy with the final choice. At no time will you be pressured to buy anything, our advice and quotations are free.

We can carry out most disciplines within the room including plastering, electrical, tiling and flooring, these would normally be itemised within the quotation. Although we try to avoid general building works, we will gladly recommend local building companies should you require.

We are happy to give quotations from your own designs or from builders' plans. We offer a free design 'check' whereby we physically check measure the room or rooms, to ensure you are not making any drastic errors.

If your kitchen is to be fitted in conjunction with other building work we are happy to coordinate the project directly with your builder should you require ensuring the accurate sitting of services and the best possible phasing of each task.

We are happy to arrange visits to our previous customers where you will receive candid views on our performance, be able to see the quality of the products and the skill of our fitters at firsthand.
